What is Just Between Girlfriends?
Just Between Girlfriends specializes in memorable and fun-filled events for women. The events provide a forum for women to network, bond, laugh, rekindle friendships and escape the day-to-day demands of their hectic lives. Events include an annual Getaway Weekend, Girlfriends Night Out, Private (in home) Parties to celebrate milestones, Pampering Parties, Barbeques, Book Signings, Holiday Toy & Book Drive, Fundraisers and Charitable events. JBG also publishes a monthly newsletter and offers an online boutique.
Why was Just Between Girlfriends Created?
Just Between Girlfriends started out as a book written in 1998 by New York Daily News reporter & author Chrisena Coleman. To celebrate the release of her book Chrisena invited her girlfriends to the Bahamas for the weekend. Her friends called their girlfriends and their friends called more girlfriends and the group ended up with 200 women at the activity-filled getaway. It was so much fun that it became an annual adventure with a new destination each Columbus Day Weekend. All JBG events are organized by Chrisena Coleman
